OUGAA used the breeze well in the second half keeping plenty of the ball. Ciaran Gallen was doing well from frees. A controversial penalty decision went against Éire Óg. Brendan Quinlan took the ball and placed it on the penalty spot, but Tommy Griffin managed to stop it. Justice. Éire Óg fought back and scored some nice goals despite some brilliant defensive efforts from Laura Dunne and another man making his debut Marcus De Cogan.
